• Get your fill of fried food, live music & family fun at the Wisconsin State Fair! It just started yesterday, Thursday August 1st, so drive up to the fairgrounds in West Allis today through Sunday, August 11th!!
• Grab your blanket or chairs and head to the Phoenix Park in Delavan for an evening of entertainment. Enjoy a free movie in the park; this week: The Incredibles 2!
• The Madison Classic’s Summer Elkhorn Swap Meet and Car Show is tomorrow, Saturday, August 3rd from 8 am – 4 pm, and Sunday, August 4th from 8 am to 3pm, at the Walworth County Fairgrounds in Elkhorn. This show offers over 1,300 car part vendors, 100’s of cars in the Cars for Sale Corral, making this the best place to find awesome cars, too!
• Sunday, August 4th is the 11th Annual Swim 4 Freedom fundraiser at Williams Bay Beach! Starting at 7 am, participants will swim from WB Beach to Gordy’s on Fontana-on-Geneva-Lake! All proceeds will go to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation providing full scholarship grants and educational and family counseling to the surviving children of special operations personnel who die in operational or training missions and immediate financial assistance to severely wounded special operations personnel and their families. Support this good cause!
